Travessia is an urban winery located in the heart of downtown New Bedford. Our wines are made with grapes grown exclusively in Massachusetts. The winery is open for sales and tastings featuring all of our white and red wines. Travessia winery is integrated into a vibrant community of independently owned businesses including restaurants, gift shops and art galleries. We are also within a short walking distance to the Ocean Explorium, the New Bedford Whaling Museum and The Zeiterion Theatre.
Travessia is located 30 minutes east of Providence, 1 hour west of Hyannis, and 1 hour south of Boston. Easy and convenient access to the ferry serving the islands of Martha’s Vineyard and Cuttyhunk from the Port of New Bedford.
